Weather today: IMD's red alert in Telangana, heavy rainfall expected in Bengal, Bihar, Andhra as Cyclone Montha weakens

IMD has issued a red alert for Telangana with extremely heavy rain expected. Heavy rainfall warnings are also in place for West Bengal, Bihar, and Andhra Pradesh as Cyclone Montha continues to weaken inland.
